I’m here to tell you, heartburn pain is awful! I’ve been popping Tums like they were candy, and getting no relief at all. Anyone else get this way?
I don’t care if they call it heartburn, acid reflux, GERD, or whatever fancy name they have for it – I hate it.
So I took a trip around the internet to see if I could find some good info to figure out how to stop heartburn. Lots of tips…. plenty of places willing to tell you the various heartburn symptoms, foods that cause heartburn, and how learn the difference between heartburn and GERD .
I found this site that has a lot of info about heartburn and realized that I need to try something different… what I’m doing now isn’t making a single difference in my heartburn that is getting more and more frequent.
All I know is that I am SO ready to give up these TUMS…and be able to sleep well at night again. Ugh!
