    My kids don’t drink …
    My kids don’t drink much juice… instead, we opt for water.

    When they do get juice, it’s 100% juice and we do like the flavored water ones… capri sun or minute maid are great!

    I think the best thing to do is just read labels.

    And our favorite is homemade lemonade!!
