Maybe your not a picky eater maybe you just have OCD Obssesive Compulsive Disorder where you get fixed on things and they have to be the same, or you have to do things the same.

T_T I was a picky eater, and I still am. But I was much worse as a kid. However, my parents never minded, since my food likings involved mostly vegetables. So much to a degree that I remember specifically asking my mom to tell the Easter Bunny to stop bringing chocolate and start bringing Grapes, Lettuce, Celery, and Carrots. My mouth has texture issues. Why just yesterday, I asked my dad if he got anymore subway, request the lettuce to be on top and the meat on the bottom. T_T

Amen to this video! Raising kids to eat what’s being served is the way to do it — not to force them to eat it but to say “this is dinner, take it or leave it”. They’ll get hungry and learn that screaming for McDonald’s or pizza will get them nowhere!

Sometimes it really doesn’t matter. My boyfriend only eats KD and has done so since he was 2 (when he started on solid foods). It’s really not the end of the world, as long as you get the nutrition you need some other way.
