Cereal is good but …
Cereal is good but it’s hard to find a healthy one. Even Kashi is not 100% innocent. Even if you get a low sugar/carb cereal from Kashi, it’s not organic. Their Organic cereals are higher in sugar/carbs so you have to choose.

Eat when you are …
Eat when you are Hungary..NOT when the FDA aka Food and Death administration tells you to.Yes when you wake up you should do your cardio b4 you eat.That way you are burning stored calories.Then eat small meals every 3 to 4 hrs and your smallest before bed.After cardio in the morning you will want to get some protein.Small portions thru out the day,you will find you can eat more of your fav foods only in smaller portions.Please come back Natilie.

The first thing that comes to mind is sugar, high fructose corn syrup (more sugar), additives, and refined carbs.
Healthy cereals? Maybe some Kashi cereals but none of them are healthy compared to steel cut oats or better yet, a green smoothie with hemp seeds.

i have loved having cereal for breakfeast for as long as i can remember, until about 2 years ago when i started working out and i started looking into foods more, and now i dont have it every morning, but when i do its mini wheats, i love them and recommend them, they fill me up and theres only about 10g of sugar
