I’m looking to changing my diet (as its full of alot of fatty foods at the moment) Looking to have salad as a main part of my diet and not sure what other foods I should be be eating as well. Also currently without health insurance so any advice that doesn’t require a doctor would be greatly appreciated!!
Also I have been ttc for about 5 months now, and last time i was able to see a doctor (also about 5 months ago) i was told after a pap smear that i might have endometriosis.
my state has special health care programs for pregnant woman and new mothers and kids so thats not my worry, and not what im asking.

Definitely prenatal vitamins. They are over the counter, and you can buy them at any pharmacy and even in some supermarkets.
If you are having salads as your main food….I would suggest juices that will give you plenty of vitamin C, milk (or diary) that gives you plenty of calcium. You will need a proteins source, so maybe some lean chicken breast might be a good choice for you.
Stay away from caffeine, and don’t eat too much fish.
Don’t forget, light exercise (like walking) is also good for your body.
