		<description>Definitely prenatal vitamins.  They are over the counter, and you can buy them at any pharmacy and even in some supermarkets.

If you are having salads as your main food....I would suggest juices that will give you plenty of vitamin C, milk (or diary) that gives you plenty of calcium.  You will need a proteins source, so maybe some lean chicken breast might be a good choice for you.

Stay away from caffeine, and don&#039;t eat too much fish.
