Apparently telling my coworker "Bessie" that getting apple slices and caramel dipping sauce instead of fries with her double bacon cheeseburger and diet Coke is not choosing a "healthy alternative", as she likes to call it. I was hoping there was something official she might be able to use when deciding what fast food to eat three times a day.
My answer to all of these diet questions is laxatives. You know this. You’ve seen my amazing beach body.
Are there any good pocket sized nutrition reference guides I can hand out to coworkers?
Take a trip 'round the internet.
Um, if "Bessie" is happy with apple slices and caramel it’s not up to you to inform her of her errors unless she asked you or you’re the lunch room monitor.

YOu should get one of those nutritional info posters from each fast food place and hang them all over the office. When she walks in with her bag say "whatcha got in there"… she answers, you look it up and say "wow… that’s enough calories for both of us, I guess I’ll just skip this meal"…
Eventually, this will work for you.

Isn’t "Bessie" a cow’s name? I am surprised "Bessie" has not trampled you to death yet.
