		<description>The nutrition guide is very daunting when first looked over.  I went with the portion plan that they outline in the nutrition guide; therefore, I would not be restricted to the meal plan that, from what i&#039;ve read, costs a ton to get all of those groceries.  Simply put, you find out how many calories you will theoretically be expending in a day, find that level (I&#039;m level II) on the nutrition guide and it will tell you how many portions of different foods you can have each day.

A lot of protein is needed, that is the big expense of this nutrition guide.  Basically, if you &#039;eat clean&#039; for the 90 days, No fast food, no carbonated beverages, no fried foods... you will see excellent results.
