    Even if you work out a lot, you won’t need more than about 2500 and the normal is 2000. If you want to loose weight, you need about 1500-1800. So there isn’t much of a range to it. So it’s not the enemy, it’s what you need to look out for. And calorie is not everything. If it’s low on nutrients, you won’t get enough stuff.

    Oh forgot Calories, There a necessary part of any diet. ANY diet. I hate how people try to make them out to be the enemy. The real enemy is themselves. NOT particularly in this video and again to much of anything is bad. Some people require more than others and a science book or even a nutritionist can’t tell you exactly how much calories you need to make it through the day. Not to discredit them.

    I totally agree with people eating habits have gotten bad. Not because there’s certain food that you shouldn’t eat. In this case drink, but that it can easily become gluttonous. Life is about balance to much of anything is bad for you. Secondly less examine the calorie. The amount of heat it takes to heat one gram of water by one degree Celsius used to denote the amount of carbs in food or energy. Who would perform better.     Or the one that drank Gatorade. Gatorade is meant to be a quick carb and electrolyte fix for the body. Does not require much digestion and can almost immediately be absorbed. Not something you drink everyday to quench your thirst which it will do a poor job of anyways =P because of the carbs.     to eat something it’s not based on what it taste like(equivalent on focusing on the pleasure you get from eating.) I focus on what it feels like I need to eat. Best way to describe it is “think of how it feels in your stomach.” Yes sometimes what I need is a burger from McDonald, lol honestly that is never the case, but to solidify my point, and sometimes what I need is a cucumber. The problem is not entirely to the fault of the food we eat, but over indulgence “Gluttony”.

    That’s the old school way of eating.

    I think the best way to eat is what you want in moderation and EXERCISE. And throw in the healthy foods along with it.

    Don’t restrict yourself so much, then you won’t be able to keep with it.
