Once you know for sure that you are the only person who can change your body, then you can really change it. Otherwise you will just be thinking about the results and not the hard work that goes into play before you get there. My biggest problem before was that I hit plateaus in my gain, and the muscle gains would just stop and nothing would happen. I thought that I had a great diet and great workout plan, but why wasn’t my body changing.
