    Thankyou for confirming what I was thinking. This was a good video, but Rutin is an important factor about buckwheat which makes it so healthy.
    Also, buckwheat has 30% of all the calcuim you need for the day. Rose Hips is also high in the amazing Rutin.

    i might have missed it but you didnt mention rutin, which is alson in buckwheat and its a glucoside and it strenghtens capillary walls and increases microcirculation :)
