@blahmehblah1 you are totally right! in america there are more fatter people than people who live in england, most of england’s foods have no artificial things at all! I eat special k all the time, only 2 or 3% of fat in the cereal filled with dried cranburys, pieces of dried apples and raisens…your 3 a day already in the morning
