What website has a credible food nutrition guide?

Needs to have calories listed for generic food items, and be a credible source.

    MyPyramidTracker.gov

My nutrition class featured it when we monitored our caloric intake for 1 week. It lists a plethora of food and drink with the caloric value and nutritional value.

Nutritiondata.com is good. Also, here is a site which uses data from the USDA, the Institute of Medicine, and the World Health Organization. The food search near the top of the page.
